Amaretto Sauce

This is excellent with fruit.

1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup amaretto
2 tablespoons whipping cream

Whip together in blender.

Makes over 3 cups.
