Orange Liqueur Cream

1/2 cup egg yolks

6 oz. sugar

6 gelatin leaves

Juice of

1 orange

2 tsp. orange-flavored liqueur

8 oz. heavy cream, whipped

Place egg yolks and sugar in mixing bowl; whip until smooth. Bloom gelatin in orange juice; add with orange-flavored liqueur to egg mixture. Mix well. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into 8-in. round cake pan; refrigerate until set.
